Note: The series of unemployed population and the economically active population used for the calculation of this ratio correspond to those of 15-24 years old in both conditions. That was due to the amendment of Political Constitution of Mexico in his article 123, implemented in june 2014, which increased to 15 years old the minimum legal working age. The change was made for the complete series, in order to provide comparable data over time considered.
