Note: The series on the employed population corresponds to persons employed aged 15 and over. That was due to the amendment of Political Constitution of Mexico in his article 123, implemented in june 2014, which increased to 15 years old the minimum legal working age. The change was made for the complete series, in order to provide comparable data over time considered.
The data of the growth rate of GDP per person employed in 2005 (7.0%) resulted from using figures of 2004 and 2005 belonging to the previous series, which were calculated according to the population projections based on the Population and Housing Counting of 2005. The figure of employed population for 2005 used for such calculus was 40,834,388 persons, instead of 42,079,136 appearing in the historical serie.
